Pokémon cards to sell now

The one part of a price forecaster that has actually earned trust is calling the downside. These are the featured cards our model expects to lose value over the next 30 days, as of September 19, 2026. Every call is snapshotted when it’s made and graded against the real price when the window closes — the record is public.

Why cards fall: post-launch set decay

Sealed product keeps getting opened for months after a set launches, so supply of every card in it rises while launch-week demand fades. In our data, cards from sets 60 to 180 days old fell about 12% per 30 days on average and cards under 60 days old about 22%, while cards more than three years old rose. That age curve is the most reliable pattern in the market, and it is why most downside calls land on recent sets. Selling into the launch window and buying the same cards a year later has, historically, been the trade.
