Accessibility

Our commitment

ChasingFoil is built by a collector who wants every collector to be able to use it. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of every release, not a one-time project.

What we've implemented

  • A skip-to-content link and consistent landmarks (navigation, main, footer) on every page
  • Full keyboard operability, including keyboard alternatives for drag-and-drop interactions and an escapable image lightbox
  • Visible focus indicators throughout
  • Text alternatives for images and a text summary for price-history charts
  • Color contrast tuned to meet AA ratios across the dark interface, and information never conveyed by color alone
  • Labels on all form fields; errors and confirmations announced to screen readers
  • Respect for the reduced-motion system preference, and a pause control on auto-advancing content
  • Semantic headings, table markup, and descriptive page titles across 38,000+ pages

Known limitations

  • Interactive price charts are visual; a text summary is provided, and we're exploring a full data-table alternative.
  • The holographic card-tilt effect is decorative; it is disabled when your system requests reduced motion.
  • Some third-party content we link to (marketplaces, grading services) is outside our control.
